Hi, I'm Karon
I'm a Certified Spinal Flow Technique Practitioner, Trauma-Informed Breathwork Facilitator, and mentor, based in my beachside healing studio on the Gold Coast. Over the past four-plus years I've grown my own practice from 1:1 sessions into monthly Healing Intensive Days, Breath & Flow Circles, and multi-day women's healing retreats.
The Blueprint is everything I've learned — every system, every checklist, every lesson — distilled into a pathway so you can create your own Healing Intensive, in your own way, in your own flow.
